This sweet wine, obtained from centenarian vines of the country of the Vineyard Casa Vergara of the area of Cauquenes Maule, that treasure the history of the Chilean wine.This great natural sweet wine was achieved resembling what was done in Spain with the Monastrell or Garnacha strains, which have the ability, like the Pais / Misión wine, to generate a high alcohol content when their grapes suffer an over ripening in the plant and in special conditions of the climate and soil. What for the old continent were the most appreciated calculations in the ancient Mediterranean cultures, those full of rites and history, in Chile are still novel and different.This wine has been aged in used barrels for 15 years.
